Frequently asked questions

Answers to help you get started.

If you don't see your question here, we're always happy to talk it through.

What does Resolute Healthcare do?+

We provide behavioral and physical health navigation and continued care. In plain terms, we help you, and anyone helping you, coordinate care across providers, follow through after a hospitalization or a treatment change, prepare for an upcoming surgery or procedure, and connect to the resources you need, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Who do you help?+

We care for all age groups, across the lifespan. That includes individuals managing behavioral health and medical needs, people recently discharged from a hospital or facility, those preparing for a surgery or procedure, people living with chronic or complex conditions, and the family members and caregivers who support them.

Do I need a referral, or can I reach out myself?+

Both work. Providers can send a referral on a patient's behalf, and patients or family members are welcome to reach out directly. You can contact us any time to start with a free conversation.

How much does it cost? Do you take insurance?+

The first 15 minute consultation is always free. Our care plans are private pay, with pricing published openly on our prices page, so you always know the cost before you commit. Some navigation services may be billable through insurance, and our Medicare enrollment is pending, with insurance billing expanding soon. We are happy to provide superbills and documentation for reimbursement where applicable. Contact us to talk through your specific situation.

Is my information private?+

Yes. We are HIPAA compliant and committed to protecting your information. Everything we collect is handled through secure systems and encrypted portals, never through general web forms or email.

What areas do you serve?+

We serve individuals and families across Louisiana and Texas, with both virtual and in person options, so you can choose whichever works best for you.

How do I get started?+

The best way to get started is to complete our secure intake form on the Get Started page. A member of our clinical team will contact you the same business day. Prefer to talk first? Call us at (504) 708-5055.

In a crisis?

If you or someone you love is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. Resolute Healthcare is not an emergency service.
