Founded by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Too many people leave the hospital with a folder of instructions and no one to help them follow through. I started Resolute to be that someone: a clinician who stays with you after the crisis, coordinates your care, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
